BF Barre
Our signature 60 minute class. Strength, cardio and mindfulness all blended together using precise, small movements along with isometric holds and large range movement. With a focus on alignment and joint stability, our classes are all low impact and can be modified for injury and fitness level.
BF Barre Express
Our Signature class in a 45 minute format.
Cardio Barre
Big moves with a big burn! Classic barre moves with a cardio twist. Expect to sweat and shake your way through this heart pumping class.
Barre So Heavy
Barre So Heavy is Barre Forward's version of strength training. This class uses heavier weight and resistance bands to build strength and endurance.
Slow Burn
Barre Forward’s mindfulness class. Set at a slower pace with a focus on the breath, flow and stretching. Just because it’s slower doesn’t mean easier. Expect a deep, sneaky burn in this class.
BARRE BUILD
Let’s BUILD muscle and bone density! Using a weighted vest and heavier weights, this class is designed to grow muscle and build strength. We’ll lift heavier, yes, but smarter. *Please consult your doctor if you are unsure a weighted vest is a good idea for you.*
