 FAQs

  • We LOVE a newbie! Even long time barre babes once had their first class. Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels and we are big on encouraging clients to take modifications if needed. When your instructor introduces herself, be sure to let her know it’s your first class (there’s a good chance she already knows this!). She will walk you through what to expect.

  • As long as you are cleared by your doctor for movement, we will work with you on how to modify the movements so that you can move pain free. One of the best things about barre is that it is so easily modifiable and we love to help clients find options that are best for their unique bodies.

  • We have all the props you will need for class at the studio. Just bring water and good vibes. Comfortable yoga type clothes work best. Plan to go barefoot or wear grip socks (no regular socks, please). We sell grip socks in the studio if you would like to purchase a pair.

  • Yes, we definitely recommend you pre-book your classes. Many of our classes are full and we would hate for you to show up and not get a spot.

    The easiest way to book classes is to download the Momence app after you have purchased the 2 weeks unlimited. Barre Forward will pop up and you can access our schedule that way.

    Otherwise, head to the schedule page of our website and book that way.

  • If you are on our 2 weeks Unlimited, 1 spot in Littles Lounge is included! Just add yourself to the class list. If you need to book more than 1 child, If you need to book more than 1 child, add your kiddo to your profile. A drop in for Littles Lounge is $5. Let us know if you need help with this!

  • Sign up for a livestream class just like you would a regular class. A link to log on will be emailed to you before class. Be sure to have an open space to move, a set of light weights, a chair or waist high surface, and a ball or small pillow.
